It seems impossible to have the same name for different writer feature type even if they are not connected to the same writer and not written into the same directory. That seems impossible if the writer are of the same type ex: MapInfo TAB.
Does it means that I have to create a path attribute and use it as a fanout inside a unique writer? Any other solution then this one?

I use this technique quite often without any problems, so it should work. Here's a small example using the MITAB writer:

Its because I did a copy and paste on the Writer Feature Type instead of creating a new one.
You can test it: copy and paste a writer feature type, change its writer to a different one, and then, try to remove the 00 in the name. The 00 is automatically added when you press Ok.
