Failed to write raster images to Azure SQL

I am trying to write raster image to Azure SQL, I need to store four images in each record - the following formats: PNG, JPG, JP2. The writer works well - no errors during the writing, however, the stored images cannot be read in another program (no FME).

Any comments regarding the correct way to import images into Azure SQL database... ?
