Where does FME Server save its database connections?

I need to export the database connections from an FME Server instance or somehow get them to be available to a single FME Desktop instance without making them available to the entire organization through sharing. How do i do this?

These are stored in the FME Server database in the table fme_nc_namedconnections.

Not sure you can export them to FME Desktop.

Would be a nice addition to the functionality, so I suggest making this an Idea here

Hi @billwie

@erik_jan is correct, you can't export the database connections to an FME Desktop as typically that's where they're created first and then published to FME Server.

I would recommend recreating them in FME Desktop with the same name that they have in FME Server so that the workspaces should still work if ran on either Desktop or Server.
