I did not understand what do mean by empty reader...
Is it like reader has been placed in workspace but reader removed from the specified path??

FME normally doesn't stop if a reader has no data, unless there is some other problem. Can you show the relevant part of the log?
You could also try to set "Ignore failed readers" to "Yes" in the Navigator under Workspace parameters -> Advanced.

Hi,
It's look like "MITAB Reader: Failed to open and parse file '\\\\Convert_transform_reproject\\IN_filer\\MAPINFO\\*.tab'. Make sure that the file exists and is valid".
