How to convert 2 buildings from 2 different IFC files in a single CityGML file?

I have 2 buildings, each with its own IFC file and I am able to convert them individually from IFC to LOD2 CityGml.

Those 2 buildings are part of the same neighborhood, and I would like to have them combined in a single CityGML file.

I have basically combined the 2 individual workbenches in a new workbench so the transformation run in parallel, to have 2 building features in a single GityGml file.

A cityGML is generated which is 6000KB but there is no geometry.

Anyone know how to fix that?
