I am looking to convert a CAD layer to a point shapfile. Below is the data in inspector the highlighted field are the Value I need to capture in my new Shapefile.

The main issue is most likely the settings on the DWG reader.
Make sure you have the "Attribute Schema" option on the top selected.
That will expose the NUMBER attribute.
