I'm sorry that you are encountering this issue. We are aware there have been some intermittent problems reading zipped FGDB in FME Server and are currently investigating the cause (FMESERVER-13382). To help us with our investigation please could you provide some further information:
- What build of FME Server are you are using?
- Does the failure occur every time or randomly for the same file?
- Does the failure occur for just a single file or any FGDB you try?
- A copy of the job log and the problem gdb.
As a workaround please consider modifying your workspace to include a Creator > Unzipper > FeatureReader instead of the Reader to unzip the files first before reading them in.
