Performance Issue is SDE geodatabase

Hi,

I am using ARCSDE geodatabase as inputs to the workbench, from the input tables I need to extract the coordinates(x,y) values for point features and for linear linear feature i need to extract every vertex id's of the element(line segment) along with x, y coordinates of each vertex and "from junction element id" & "to junction element id" of the element. To extract the geometry information FME takes lot of time. Time consumption is the major hurdle in this project. It is the chalenging issue to succed in our project. Please help us that how to increase performance.

Thanks in Advance,

Seshu

It is not very easy to give specific hints when there is so little information to work with, but do you know whether it is ArcSDE or FME that is the bottleneck in your process? If not, I would suggest that as the first thing to find out.
