Possible bug in FME 2017 RC on OS/X

PR 76123 has been filed. Another customer also experienced this problem and discovered a temporary solution:

1. Open /Library/FME/2017.0/Reproject/LocalCoordSysDefs.fme in any text editor

2. Find the definition for Calgary_3TM_WGS_1984_W114 (~Line 264)

3. Change the SCL_RED value from 0.999900 to 1

4. Save the file and try opening FME Desktop again

This issue has been resolved for FME Desktop 2017.0 Build 17257 and Newer.
