FME Cannot Read IPad Hyphen

I have a folder of GPX files that I want to read. These files were generated from an IPad and sometimes the file name has a hyphen in it. But it is not a hyphen that FME recognizes.

 

 

For example, one file is named:

 

 

 

1503250703_Cambie St 704–736.gpx.

 

 

FME reports:

 

 

unable to open primary document entity 'file:///D:/GPX_IN/1503260728_Cambie St 704?736.gpx'

 

 

It looks like it does not recognize the IPad hyphen, so replaces it with a question mark.

 

 

Is there a way to get FME to recognize that IPad hyphen?
