ListExploder output a feature?

Hi I have a list generated from pointonareaoverlay (and can see the list in the inspector) but when I use Listexploder it fails as a fatal error but can see its trying as the number of records increases any suggestions?

solved it switched off the the termination option under "rejected Feature handling" for rejected features, so just need to review what features it didn't like
