My production FME Server is telling me that the license has expired and that my serial number is invalid. How can I fix this?

We have 2 fme servers - licenses are set to not expire. What can I do to get production back up and running?

Please could you email codes@safe.com with the serial numbers of your two FME Servers. Our licensing team should be able to look into this and help get you back up and running.

We have gotten this resolved. We worked with the account manager and got what we needed. Thanks!
