Right now we can only control permissions at a repository level. It would be great if we could control permissions at a workspace level.

Provide Ability to Add Permissions at a Workspace Level

I am surprised that this is not available. I am interested in allowing users to access a workbench that has a workspace runner with an emailer transformer-- I don't have an email configured on FME server-- as opposed given them access to multiple workbenches. Great idea Jeff!!!

Thanks for submitting this idea. Our product management team has reviewed it, and it isn’t on our roadmap. Features in newer versions of FME may address this need; if not, please feel free to submit a new idea.
