Is there a place from the web interface or configuration files where default values can be modified regarding Automated Retries?

At this time, the web UI only allows for the Automated Retry settings to be set on individual Run Workspace actions, but not universally. If this is something you'd like to see, I'd encourage you to submit an Idea to the Community for this feature: https://community.safe.com/s/bridea/acideasULT__brIdea__c/00B4Q00000AWlEVUA1
