How to install packages with Pip to the python3 installation in FME Workbench on MacOS

Hello, I am trying to install a few python modules to the python 3 installation included with FME workbench 2020.1 on MacOS Catalina 10.15.6. using pip

 

is there a way to do this? furthermore, is it possible to use a virtual environment?

You can check the option for type of system pip to install a Python package.
