Am trying to put Snakegrid coordination file and i come up with this error

Feel free to give us an update here if you have any luck after contacting Snakegrid to ensure you have the necessary files (i.e. .dat file, and grid shift files) saved in the correct location as per https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rGzhFPo8c8
