How to customize the name of input and output parameter of fme apps;

I suggest you open your Workspace in FME Desktop and change the Published Parameters in the Navigator -> Right mouse botton -> Edit Definition:

After change the Prompt - as you like:

Save the Workspace and Republish to FME Server .
