How to fix when BackupConfiguration.fmw fails to retrieve the Backup?

Have a look at the logs and see if you get more details.

But based on that message, as a 401 http response is authentication related, something is not right with the account either:

• Wrong account name
• wrong account password
• or wrong access rights.

If you login to the Flow interface with that account, can you manually trigger a backup? That would help rule out FME access rights

​@hkingsbury Thank you for your suggestion. I did check out the logs. If I run it manually, then I get the following error. I checked the username and password, even entered them manually on FME flow, but still give the same error. Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
