How to convert 3D Room / Model to 2D in FME

Hello 

I need help to get it right , i would like to convert 3D Room model into 2D (like how it looks from top). 

 

I am using 2D Forcer and outputting IFC , i could see the output in FME Inspector but, when i open the same file in Navisworks etc. it does not get opened...not sure what is wrong.
