In a bizarre rescue mission, involves a plush operative known only as the FME Lizard.  Intel confirms was last seen captive, imprisoned within a child's claw machine, its grip as tenacious as a proprietary file format locking away invaluable data.

Failure to complete this mission, will result in fragmented systems, missed opportunities, and a world drowning in inefficient processes.

Lizard held the secret of escaping the labyrinth of Data Formats, Integration, Transformation and Automation.

Since March last year, I have been working as a freelance FME/GIS analyst, after already using FME for the past five years. In my first year, I had the opportunity to assist seven different clients with my FME expertise.

Last week marked my official one-year anniversary, and that calls for something special! This month, I’ll be launching my own free custom transformer, which I’ve been developing between projects.

I’ve never attended the FME conference before due to the travel distance, but I would love to go someday to gain new insights and connect with fellow FME enthusiasts!

To all my Dutch FME friends—keep an eye out for a free KLIC custom transformer in the coming weeks! 🚀

My first UC (downton in the Fraser University, I believe) started with an FME Workbench training. The first explanation given there (how features flow through a workspace), made me utter: learning this made my trip already worthwhile: the conference had yet to start!
