I’m really wondering why we should add babylonian complexity into the mix. Especially with something as hard to maintain as documentation. I expected that all advanced technicians, like FME users, would be capable to work using the English language, but this might not be the case.

There are many transformers that would really benefit from good documentation… in english. Transformers like the XMLQueryExtractor or the JSONTemplater. Add good examples of how to use them.

Of course there would be a benefit for some users if concepts are clearly explained in their native language. Not everyone has the same level of understanding of english. And asking this on an english forum would not be representative to the whole userbase. Maybe @redgeographics has more knowledge about the userbase struggling with english documentation.

Maybe explaining some concepts in Dutch could help people up to speed.
