I need to read from an image server but the reader is gray and the notification:

The "Esri ArcGIS Image Server" format requires the ISClientC library to be installed and licensed. Please visit http://www.safe.com/support if you require additional assistance.

Google does not help me find the dll that i seem to need..

Hi @davidwiselqvist

According to our documentation (link here):

"To run FME ArcGIS Image Server reader, ISClientC.dll must be in the search path. This dll file will be installed by ClientCore.msi, which can be found in the ArcGIS Image Server disc or on Esri's website."

You would likely have to contact your ArcGIS administrator to get the dll. Please also note that this reader is currently only available with 32-bit FME for versions of ArcGIS Image Server up to version 10.0.

Hope this helps.
