Has anyone created a model for this? I seem to have a lot of probems with Productivity Suite these days!

Is it possible to load MasterMap COU data using FME into ArcSDE?
Unfortunately I dont have an answer for you as I think I am trying to find out the same thing (but with mapinfo rather than arcmap). I can create files for the initial mastermap cut but cant seem to attach the COU to it. Is that how far you have got also?

I guess it has not been done before. I knew that it would have been a very complex operation and no doubt this is the reason for ESRI to develop productivity suite.
We will just have to wait till an FME genius works it out and shares their knowledge. For now I will go back to Productivity Suite & all its annoying bugs

Yes Alison, I got as far as trying to update the full load with COU data. I don't understand the complex change data within the .gz file to progress any further.
