The CommonSegmentFinder would benefit from the following improvements:
- Candidates Only Mode (like the neighborFinder)
- Attributes that Must Differ parameter (matcher, spatialRelator)
- List of features that share a common segment(neighborFinder, matcher, spatialRelator)
- CommonID (matcher match_id)
