Support for exposing IfcPresentationLayerAssignment entity from IFC file to attributes. Building IFC models often have autocad layer values assigned to IfcPresentationLayerAssignment entity. By being able to expose IfcPresentationLayerAssignment entity, it would be easier to parse different elements from IFC models automatically.
