It would be useful to have a 3rd column in the TestFilter dialog (as well as comparable ones such as the Conditional Values and Tester) to add comments about that particular line.

I think this would be extremely beneficial. While the summary annotation is useful, when designing and sharing workspaces with complex TestFilters, understanding the thought process behind certain lines would be helpful to have while reviewing the parameters/conditions.
