ArcGIS Portal Feature Service Name: Replace dash (-) with underscore (_) before writing

​@deanhowell - can you clarify what you mean by ArcGIS Portal File names? 
Are you referring to the Portal Feature Service layer name (eg. feature type name)?

​@andreaatsafe yes the Portal Feature Service Name, although it might be more to do with the File Geodatabase that is created during the publishing process. As an example, from the Vancouver data, public-art needs to be changed to public_art to publish correctly.
