Hi @rick,

I'm sorry, but the FME 2018 beta does not yet have support for Civil-3D 2018. We are working hard on adding this support, and expect to see it before FME 2018 is released. If you send me your contact info, I will be sure to notify you as soon we have a beta able to read Civil-3D 2018.

Civil 3D 2018 is now supported in FME 2018.0! Please check out the current beta, Build 18191 or Newer.

REALDWG and AUTOCAD_OD formats support version 2018 DWG files in FME 2017.1 – while ACAD and CIVIL3D support version 2018 DWG files in FME 2018.0 (from build noted above).
