Improve support for relative paths

When working with workspaces from version control systems like git or svn or when moving project folders relative paths make life much easier.

Here are some ideas:

option to automatically replace all paths with relative paths
support relative paths in advanced browser
possibility to check workspace if all paths in workspace are relative...
