I guess I have been ignored on this request. I seem a Geopak .gpk file is really proprietary and the support provided by Bentley is as follow:

 

"There is no direct way with the API, and I doubt there is a way to do it with key-ins, especially batch. An application would have to be written that loads the geometry into a data structure and serializes it back out to LandXML."

 

This request probably does not have a ROI on such an effort plus Bentley Geopak might be retired sooner than later???
