Allow geodb_feature_dataset attribute reading on metadata features

Hello,

When reading metadata features from file geodatabase Reader or SDE reader, the attribute geodb_feature_dataset is not being populated (missing). it would be useful to have access to that information in many cases (selection, filtering, modify/update metadata, etc).

    Hi all,

    Keep an eye out for this functionality in the next 2020.1 beta (build 20511+). The current beta build is 20510 at time of posting so this will be available very soon!

    We have tested in 20511 with desktops with ArcGIS Pro 2.5 and ArcGIS Desktop 10.8 to confirm that workspace now outputs the geodb_feature_dataset attribute.
