Allow edits to Automation workspace parameters without password updates

Currently, when attempting to update workspace published parameter values for an Automation, if the parameters contain any password fields then no parameters can be updated without also re-entering the password values.

It would be good if other parameters could be updated without requiring all passwords to be re-entered.

If this is not possible then at least the error message could be updated to be something more friendly than the current: "javax.crypto.IllegalBlockSizeException: Data must not be longer than 245 bytes"
