One of the great things about the FMEServerJobSubmitter is that it lets you define the connection (and hence the user) that the workspace will run under. The new Automations do not allow for this.
It would be great if a Workspace action in an Automation could provide a "run as" option (perhaps under the Advanced parameter settings).
