Password protect Workbench via CMD

I have several workbenches that I need to ship towards several customers. It would be great if it's possible to add the workbench password and encryption via the CMD.

That way I can do some batch processing to have it distributed towards the customer as well.

But no idea was created and it's impossible (for me) to see how FMEDESKTOP-4304 is progressing
