I’m not sure how to share publicly a published FME service. as I wanted to access a particular fme service, I’m required to push logins as shown in the screenshot below.
How to make the fme service executed with no logins?

Although I'm using FME sever 2019, I couldn't find the "create an FME server app" option under the Run workspace page nor the "Server Apps" in the navigation panel.
What could be the issue here?

THe FME Server Apps are available on 2019.1+, on earlier versions you should see a shareable URL in the workspace advanced properties (left of the question mark in your image - share this workspace)

Yes, I tried the shareable link & it worked well.
I will check the last version to try the server app.
