Is there any tool to calculate real surface from DEM which similar to this tool from SAGA http://www.saga-gis.org/saga_tool_doc/2.1.3/ta_morphometry_6.html? It mainly takes into account the slope while calculating the surface area!

Use AreaCalculator with Type set to Slope Area.
If needed send the DEM to the Points/Lines port of a SurfaceModeller and calculate the area of the features outputed from the TINSurface (or Triangles) port.
