Merge different PDF

Hi. I have two directory with lots of PDF. I want to merge the PDF with the same name of each folder. Also the name is little bit different between the folder:

Ex: folder a: Carte_PZ1_juin2020

Folder 2: Log_sondage_PZ1_mai2021

Yes. The first PDF name is like "PZ-45A", the second in another folder is "_PZ-45A" and the last one in another folder is "PZ-45A".
