I have workspace that reads data from SDE, does some attribute changes; ESRI ArcGIS Online Feature Service writer that writes data on ArcGIS Online. But its not working. Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

Hi @jaygrg111_, are you able to provide more details? Are there any errors or warnings that pop up that could give us some clues as to what's happening? If you're able to share your workspace and/or log file that would be helpful as well.
