It seems ok when adding smaller data layers but couldn't add bigger layers. I was getting memory not enough error message but my memory is only used one third.

You can check the "C" area of your computer. If the memory is filling up fast while WB is running, you can purge from time to time in the tools section. You can also delete the garbage files accumulated there by typing %temp% in the search field of your computer.
