Downloading FME Desktop 2013 SP3

On our server we use FME Server 2013 SP3 (Build 13528 - linux-x64). We also use FME Desktop to make our workbenches. A colleague told me that I need to use the same version of FME Desktop if I want the workbench to work without problems. So I think I need FME Desktop 2013 SP3. However, I cannot find this version on the FME Download site, and I read that I need to contact support. Is this the right version for me, and if so, where can I download the installer?

Indeed it's safer to use the same version desktop/server.

I think every release can still be downloaded. You only need to know (or to build) the url:
