Creating Junction Dataset Using OS ITN and FME desktop

I have downloaded Ordnance Survey Integrated Transport Network , and want to create a Junction Datasets from the information if possible

    I do not have any experience with the dataset in question, but have you looked at the TopologyBuilder?

    If you are looking for junctions as intersections of lines, the Intersector transformer (output port Node) will give you that result.
