Write Oraacle Spatial Solid to DGN

Hi there,

 

 

I have some solids (GTYPE 3008) in Oracle and simply want to write them out to a DGN v8 file, but I can't seem to get anything except decomposed line strings as an output, am I missing something here?  Surely this is supported, if I write to a DWG instead no problems, but DGN just isn't producing the goods...
