Write DGN with custom linestyles

 This article says "Note: When translating from DGN to DGN where a complex chain in the source data set has custom line styles, then you have to set the keyword 

PROPAGATE_CHAIN_ELEMENT_LINKAGES
 to 
true
 to translate the custom line styles properly to the destination format. "

    That keyword has been deprecated, and it should no longer be required to set it. I have created a problem report to have our reader documentation updated (TECHPUBS-6081), and will notify you as soon as this has been done.

    Thanks, I was hoping it might be the missing piece of the puzzle but it's obviously a different issue
