Hi!
I received an IFC file from a costumer and when I tried to inspect the file in Data Inspector, I received the attached error message.
I don't know much about Revit so I'm at a lost. Any help to what this means, would be greatly appreciated!

The error message gives the impression of an unexpected token.
Maybe try the lastest FME 2018 to see if it makes a difference?

If not, consider sending the ifc file to Safe support, together with your workspace and log file.

+10I have received this error multiple times in FME. Mostly it is an error in the IFC-file. When you open it in an application like Notepad++ (it will probably load a long time), the file should end with:
ENDSEC;
END-ISO-10303-21;If the IFC-file does not end that way, FME won't read it, since the file did not end properly. The only thing you can do, is trying to create a new export from Revit.
