Hi,

I am trying to update a geometry of a feature stored in oracle spatial. I've set the writer mode to UPDATE also I've mentioned the key columns (combination of four colums is unque).

The workbench executes without giving any error, the log shows that it has written fatures but the geometry column does not change.

Please suggest if I am missing anything in this.

Regards

IMRAN

Hi Imran,

Have you specified the target geometry column name? and made sure the update geometry contents is set to yes?

A database also needs to be refreshed, but my guess is that you are doiing that too?

mmm I am running out of ideas then.....since you mention that the translation is succesful  I find it hard to believe that the update is not taking place.

I have many workspaces updating oracle data on a daily basis and it works like a charm.

Can you  provide more detalis? (log filsnap shot)
