KML Network Link Service - No active engines

It seems when running KML Network Link Service with a workspace after a while I have "No active engines". Then I need to reboot FME Server and then it finds the floating license again. So 2 questions:

 

 

1. Have anyone else experienced this? This is very unstable behaviour

 

2. I noticed you can only have one user using the KML-service at the time. Do you really need 1 engine PER user that wants to look at the KML? I assume I havent found the workaround - but that it exists.
