how do i get FME to create the spatial index on a SQL Server SDE database -- documentation references GRID 0 - but there is no parameter for it in FME2014?

FME will, in my experience, always create a spatial index when creating a new feature class in an ArcSDE Geodatabase. Is that not the case for you?
