I need to know how to read the RGB information for a vector data from Smallworld.

It is not for the Raster data.

I am extracting the data (Vector data) from Smallworld to ESRI, where I can extract the data, but I am not getting the RGB information in ESRI so I need to know how can we read the RGB information from Smallworld using FME.
