How to label Google Earth Polygons with kml

Hello, I am very new to programming and recently downloaded the trial version of this software because I saw this link:

I have no idea how to use this program, and I have quite a short deadline so any help on this matter would be helpful. I have several hundred polygons on Google Earth and they must all be labeled, preferably with a placemark. Can this software do that?

Hi,

 

Yes, the article you metin points to the KMLPropertySetter, in it the description ballon content is basically your label text.
