I need to add 26 points from 2 different shapefiles into an existing point feature class stored in an SDE. For the destination features, the "enclosureid" values should be equal to the automatically generated OBJECTID's

Since FME cannot know or influence the OBJECTID before the feature has been written, you'll pretty much have to write the features, read them back into FME and then update the "enclosureid" values.
That said, ESRI recommends not using the OBJECTID value for basically anything meaningful.
